The Community Stage is part of our initiative to work towards supporting the startup ecosystem by providing a dedicated stage to showcase relevant content.

The community stage is for companies and individuals driven by a passion for sharing and learning. The stage will be a key part of our Workbar setup, meant to bring in social, inspirational, and educational content for our community through open and free events.

Criteria to apply:

• Non-commercial event
• Open/free to attend
• Can run in parallel to the open Workbar:
• Mon - Fri: (08.00-10.00), Evening (15.00-18.00)
• The maximum duration for the content presented on stage: 1 hour
• Priority will be given to applicants demonstrating a unique value to the community.

What can you expect from us?

Our central venue ensures accessibility for all. The technical setup is plug-and-play, including 2 microphones and a screen to connect to – simply bring your slides! Content featured on our community stage will be strategically communicated through various channels.

Other:

Mesh shall be credited in all relevant announcements, social media posts, and event material by name, logo, link, and/or hashtag, depending on the media

Upon acceptance of the application Mesh Oslo will provide a formal contract outlining the terms and conditions of the sponsorship agreement. This contract will serve as a mutual understanding between both parties, ensuring transparency and clarity in our partnership.
